Romania Fails To Uphold Same-Sex Couples' Rights, EU Court Rules

Romania has failed to enforce the rights of same-sex couples by refusing to recognize their relationships, the European Court of Human Rights said on May 23 in a ruling that will force policymakers to expand protections for the LGBT community.
