NYC ex-con with 100 prior arrests charged with hate crime in anti-Asian graffiti: cops

Angel Mario, 43, was arrested Tuesday and charged with two counts of criminal mischief – one as a hate crime – as well as making graffiti and aggravated harassment in connection to the April 19 act, authorities said.
