Former premier Jason Kenney loses attempt to have Alberta inquiry defamation lawsuit thrown out

The Court of King's Bench judge said it was perfectly clear to whom Kenney was referring when he commented on the findings of the so-called anti-Alberta activities inquiry in 2021.
