Biden nominates Air Force Gen. CQ Brown Jr. for Joint Chiefs chairman

President Biden announced he would be nominating Air Force Gen. CQ Brown Jr. to serve as the next chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The president him as an "unflappable and highly effective leader," and joked he "smokes a mean brisket."
