Madison man, 20, killed in East Haven crash Saturday
A 20-year-old man from Madison was killed in a crash in East Haven early Saturday morning, police said.
Police responded to the area of 134 Foxon Road at about 1:33 a.m. and found that a vehicle heading west near Circle Drive crossed over the double yellow line and struck a utility pole on the south side of the street, according to the East Haven Police Department.

The vehicle came to a rest in the westbound lane, where the 20-year-old driver was given medical attention by the East Haven Fire Department. He was taken by ambulance to Yale New Haven Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
Foxon Road had reopened to traffic by about 9:30 a.m. Saturday, police said.
