Vučić resigns as leader of Serbia’s ruling party
Vučić has resigned as leader of Serbia’s ruling party. At the election meeting of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), he proposed to elect Defense Minister Milos Vucevic for this role, Kurir reports.
“I know him (Vučević) as a person who is loyal to the SNS, as well as to the idea of an independent and independent Serbia, and I am sure that with my and your support, he will be able to work together with you even stronger,” Vučić was quoted as saying by the publication.
