The Naukri JobSpeak Index for May 2023 revealed steady hiring activity for white-collar professionals in India, with multi-sectoral growth across real estate, banking, oil and gas, and pharma sectors. However, the IT industry remained an area of concern with hiring declining across all types of IT companies and major cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune being the hardest hit.
