Bulgaria: GERB-SDS, WCC-DB and DPS gathered a Majority for Constitutional Reform

"We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria" (WCC-DB) managed to reach an agreement with GERB-SDS for a cabinet with the second mandate.
