Police: Man charged after allegedly attacking co-worker with box cutter at Manchester warehouse
A man was charged with allegedly attacking a co-worker with a box cutter at the ADUSA warehouse on the Tolland Turnpike in Manchester Friday morning, police said.
Officers responded to the warehouse at 1315 Tolland Turnpike for a report of a fight between two employees, according to the Manchester Police Department.
Joshua Brown, 25, of East Hartford, allegedly cut another man on the side of the face with what investigators believe was a box cutter, causing a severe wound, police said.
The victim, a 25-year-old man from Bristol, took himself to Hartford Hospital for treatment, while Brown allegedly fled the warehouse and went home, police said.
Brown was arrested at his home and charged with first-degree assault. He was being held on a $500,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court in Manchester on June 5, police said.
