NST Leader: Good politics, bad politics

Water woes in Kelantan, like those in many other states, need the federal and state government to work hand-in-hand to find a permanent solution. Water woes are a function of at least two factors: money and management. When either is low, woes will be high. Shouting from different premises — that is what polemics make politicians do — doesn’t get rid of water woes.
