Heartless thieves steal gray tabby named Sprout at NYC kitten adoption event

The kitten, just four months old, was nabbed by two women. One allegedly cut the cable ties securing the cage, thrust her hand inside and whisked the kitty away in a quilted blue shoulder bag.
