2023 Annual Meeting

The Ontario Cycling Annual Meeting is being held on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. ET, we have prepared the following information for the event. Please review the following information and if there are any questions, please contact the Ontario Cycling Office via annualmeeting@ontariocycling.org.

The Ontario Cycling Annual Meeting will be held via Zoom with voting being handled by Data on the Spot, a subsidiary of Simply Voting. A technician from Data on the Spot, will be running the voting for all motions and the election of directors.

Member Registration

This voting platform is for those voting members who hold a 2023 valid/processed Ontario Cycling issued UCI license or a 2023 valid/processed Provincal Race License (PRL) who will be attending the 2023 Annual Meeting June 22th, 2023 and voting day of.

Club Delegate Registration

This registration platform is for 2023 Ontario Cycling Affiliated Clubs who may invoke their right for 1 club vote. By having 5 individual members who hold either a 2023 UCI license, 2023 Provincial Race license (PRL), 2023 Associate Club Membership (ACM) or 2023 Mini Membership your club will be allowed one vote at the 2023 Ontario Cycling Association Annual Meeting.

Please note the Club Delegate voting on behalf of club must either be in attendance or are allowed to vote with an absentee ballad. If the Delgate is attending they will need to using to seperate voting platforms day of.

Absentee Voting Form

This voting platform is for those voting members who hold a 2023 valid/processed Ontario Cycling issued UCI license or a 2023 valid/processed Provincial Race License (PRL) who will NOT be attending the 2023 Annual Meeting June 22th, 2023. The deadline for completing an absentee voting slip is June 19st @ 5pm ET.

Non-Voting-Member Registration

This registration platform is for 2023 Ontario Cycling Members who hold a 2023 Associate Club Membership which has a non-voting membership designation. However, you may attend the Annual Meeting as an observer.
