Serbian security forces detain three Kosovo police officers as tensions soar

Serbia said it had detained three Kosovo police officers Wednesday that had crossed the border into its territory. Kosovo, however, said the group had been kidnapped on its land and banned Serbian vehicles from crossing the border.
