COLUMBUS — The ball is now back in the court of the Ohio House of Representatives after the Senate on Thursday approved along party lines a nearly $86 billion, two-year budget that promises $3.1 billion in tax cuts, a massive expansion of school vouchers, and major overhauls in K-12 and higher education.
