According to the Wedding Report, a research company that collects data on the wedding industry, the average cost for a wedding in the U.S. was over $29,000 last year, up from about $20,000 in 2020. Kelcy Christy, senior editor for Inside Weddings magazine, joined CBS News to talk about ways newlyweds can save on saying, "I do."
