Days on, a scorching Saturday in city; mercury to soar higher

It was a hot Saturday in Ludhiana as city witnessed more than normal temperature on the day, and it remained mostly sunny.However, some clouds appeared in the sky during the day and it also drizzled lightly at a few places in the city.
