Ohio Chamber of Commerce President Steve Stivers’ letter to the editor (Issue 1 gets nod, June 11, 2023) does not make clear the most egregious provision of Issue 1: the requirement for a 60 percent “majority” to pass an amendment to the Ohio Constitution.
