MONARCHS ADULT HOCKEY LEAGUE

2023-2024 WINTER LEAGUE

Monarchs Hockey will be opening the 2023-2024 winter season on Sept. 10, 2023 at the Hetland, Driscoll, Alexio, and Raynham Arenas. 

OPEN A DIVISION (18+) – Thursday’s (Fall River/Taunton/Raynham).  We will be attempting to keep the “Open” division going again this year.  This is for the top ability players regardless of age.  Team cost is $5800.  $1000 team deposit due Aug 1, 2023.  Complete team payments are due in full by Jan. 1, 2024.  21 games guaranteed including 1-5 playoff games.  Skaters must play in 10 regular season games to be eligible for playoffs.

DRAFT B DIVISION  (18+) – Sundays (Fall River/New Bedford) and Tuesdays (Fall River/Taunton).  $250 individual deposits are due Aug 1, 2023.  Total cost is $525./skater and $300./goalie.  25 games guaranteed including 1-5 playoff games.  Every team must carry 13 skaters plus the goalie. This is intended to be a “B and below” division.  “A” players should look to play “Open” league.

HYBRID C DIVISION – Mondays (Fall River/New Bedford/Taunton)  and/or Wednesdays (Fall River/Raynham).  $250 deposit due Aug 1, 2023.  Total cost is $625./skater and $300./goalie.  10 skaters per team plus the goalie.  24 games guaranteed including 1-4 playoff games.  This is intended to be a recreational division, while still competitive at same time.  Anyone over 50, and C or below players under 50 will be considered.   All youngsters “B” level or better should look to play draft league.  SUB POLICY:  Teams can use any rostered Hybrid player from any other Hybrid team to sub at no charge.  ALL SUBS FROM OTHER DIVISIONS OR FROM OUTSIDE THE LEAGUE PAY $20 SUB FEE.  This division will be split into 2, with 2 separate playoffs.

60+ DIVISION– Sunday’s (Driscoll/Hetland) and/or Tuesday’s (Driscoll) $250 deposit due by Aug 1,2023.  Total cost is $650/skater, $300/goalie (includes adult beverages after every game, and shirts provided).  First 40 skaters to commit are guaranteed a spot.  24 games guaranteed.  50+ skaters will be considered if there are not enough 60 skaters committed.
