According to a report by Randstad India, Tata Power Company has been named the most "attractive employer brand" in the country, followed by Amazon and Tata Steel. The rankings were based on factors such as financial health, good reputation, and career progression opportunities. TCS, Microsoft, Samsung India, Infosys, Tata Motors, IBM, and Reliance Industries also made the top 10 list. Big Basket was named the most attractive startup employer brand.
