Azerbaijan’s football club Neftchi Baku will face the winner of Željezničar (Bosnia and Herzegovina) vs. Dinamo Minsk (Belarus) encounter in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa Conference League as the draw ceremony was held in Nyon, Switzerland.
