The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 52, was seen partying alongside ITV co-stars including Alan Carr, Charlene White, Ed Balls and Josie Gibson.
She was seen in a very elegant Victoria Beckham gown with a matching handbag and hat.
The star looked incredible as she took in the horseracing from the balcony, at one point holding two phones.
Amanda‘s fans praised the smart look with one branding her the “best looking woman at Ascot“.
Others branded her a “purple princess” and said the TV and radio star looked “absolutely gorgeous”.
One handset revealed the nickname friends know her as – with ‘MANDY’ embossed along the side of her iPhone case.
ITV, who have been broadcasting coverage of Royal Ascot, invited a host of its stars to watch today’s action.
