Santosh Suman had resigned from Nitish Kumar's cabinet on June 13 and his party was out of the Grand Alliance in Bihar. The Manjhi duo met Shah for almost an hour to seal the alliance deal. Union minister of state and Bihar BJP leader Nityanand Rai was also present during the meeting.
