Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport has introduced BLR Pulse, an omnichannel app that provides a personalised digital travel assistant. Passengers can use the app to find information in real-time such as flight status, entry gates, check-in counters, book transit hotels and find their way through the airport with ease.
