Even as civic officials claim to have completed 70% of the projects conceived under the Smart City mission, major projects are still pending. These include projects announced and executed in the very beginning. The completed projects were either carried out by other departments or were small. As far as ongoing works are concerned, residents are waiting for completion of the ROB/RUB at Pakhowal Road railway crossing, which has skipped many deadlines. It was also stalled for more than six months.
