Tragedy as baby girl dies after being hit by a car in while her dad put her in a pushchair outside Withybush hospital
A BABY girl has been killed after being hit by a car while her dad was putting her into her pushchair.
Mabli Hall, eight months, tragically died after the horror unfolded outside a busy Wales hospital.
The tot, who is described as “most beautiful, smiley and happy baby girl”, was raced to another hospital but devastatingly died days later.
Mabli was struck last week, on June 21, and a fundraising page was quickly set up for her heartbroken family.
Friend Sinead Morgan said Mabli she died in her parents arms after her injuries were “too severe” to overcome.
On a fundraising page, Sinead said: “Little Mabli sustained severe injuries in the collision that took place on Wednesday, June 21st 2023. Unfortunately, these injuries were too severe to be reversed.
“Despite days of immense strength from Mabli, she peacefully crossed over the rainbow bridge in the loving arms of Gwen and Rob.”
Describing the crash, she said: “In a tragic accident, Mabli Hall while being put back into her pushchair by her dad Rob, was involved in a collision with a car.
“As a result, Mabli sustained a severe head injury and was rendered unconscious, necessitating immediate medical attention.”
