Nicola Bulley live: Inquest into mystery of dogwalker’s death begins today – latest updates
The inquest into the death of Nicola Bulley is set to begin later today, six months after the mother-of-two was first reported missing.
The 45-year-old vanished after dropping her children off at school, then taking her usual dog walk along the River Wyre in St Michael’s on Wyre, Lancashire, on January 27.
Her phone, still connected to a work Teams call, was found on a bench overlooking the water.
The disappearance sparked a huge police search operation and concern across the entire country, with Ms Bulley quickly deemed a ‘high risk’ missing person.
Her body was later found in the river around a mile downstream from the bench week later, on February 19.
