A WOMAN has revealed that she got her eyebrows laminated for the first time, but it was a big mistake.
Beauty fan Ella explained that she had never let a professional touch her eyebrows before, but decided to try out the latest trend – eyebrow lamination.
Eyebrow lamination is a relatively new procedure that focuses on creating shiny, smooth brows.
Also called an “eyebrow perm,” it is a beauty process that restructures your eyebrow hairs, ensuring that they all go in the same direction.
In other words, it helps to make your brow hairs stay straight and brushed up.
Ella went to a salon to try out the new eyebrow treatment and then took to TikTok, where she posts under the username @userhquau2c1xv, to show off the results.
The social media user shared her clip with the caption ‘So we tint them black? Ok’ as she showed off a before and after look at her eyebrows.
She said: “Okay, I’ve never got my eyebrows ever, like, touched by anybody professional, only myself, and I f****d them up real bad.
“But I’m going to get them laminated right now, so brb with the results.
“I might want to die after.”
Seconds later, Ella was back in her car, with visibly darker, much thicker and bushier eyebrows.
She covered her mouth in shock as she stared out of the car window, contemplating her decision.
Ella shared her video just four days ago, but it has quickly gone viral and has amassed a whopping 1.2million views.
It has 135.7k likes, 761 comments, 2,003 saves and 696 shares.
Social media users were stunned at Ella’s eyebrows and many were convinced it was a joke.
One person said: “I physically refuse to believe this is real” to which Ella confirmed “Oh it is.”
A second questioned: “IS THIS REAL?” to which Ella replied “Yes.”
Another added: “PLEASE TELL ME U GOT A REFUND.”
A fourth commented: “YOU DID NOT LEAVE LIKE THAAAATT.”
At the same time, someone else noted: “As a brow artist, this is a no. She could’ve used a warm tone tint for less time.”
Meanwhile, another beauty fan confirmed: “Bro this is exactly what happened to me when I went.”
