Besiktas Make Move For Fulham Target

The 28-year-old Colombian centre-back has become a free agent after a five-year-long stint with Everton.

Mina lost a massive chunk of the recent season with an ankle injury and only managed to feature seven times for the Goodison Park outfit.

Turkish side Besiktas are preparing for the potential departure of Romain Saiss and they have set their eyes on Mina.

According to Turkish daily Sabah, the Black Eagles have submitted an official offer to lure Mina to the Super Lig, placing them in direct competition with Fulham.

Marco Silva led the Cottagers to a top-half finish in their season after promotion to the Premier League and they are preparing to be even stronger now.

Fulham defender Tosin Adarabioyo is admired by Tottenham Hotspur and the Cottagers are uncertain about his future at the club.

As such, Fulham have been strongly linked with wanting to keep Mina in the Premier League.

But the prospect of playing for Besiktas, who could challenge for the Turkish title next season, may be a tempting one for the defender.
