Kerry Katona bedbound and in so much pain she’s throwing up as singer pulls out of tour
KERRY Katona has been left bedbound and crippled with pain, forcing her to cancel her tour.
The Atomic Kitten singer revealed that she has been in such a bad way, she had to pull out of some dates of her No Regrets speaking tour.
Kerry, 42, opened up about her struggle in her column for OK! magazine, writing: “I’m in a bad way this week with my hips and my back – I’m in so much pain, I’ve essentially been bedbound.
“My hips have been out of place for a long time, and now it’s got to the point where the pain is making me feel physically sick.”
The mum of five continued: “I literally can’t do anything and I had to pull my weekend tour. I couldn’t go ahead with it and felt terrible.”
The reality star added that the pain has been so extreme, she even considered taking herself to hospital.
Kerry explained: “I’m normally a very active person and I’m always on the go, but it’s like my hip joints are rubbing and it’s affecting my whole back.
“I’ve been so close to going to A&E, but I don’t want to be a burden or waste anyone’s time.”
Since writing her column, however, Kerry managed to put on a brave face and make a scheduled appearance at Lancaster Pride this past weekend.
The blonde looked great as she performed Whole Again for an excited crowd, and posed for snaps with drag queens on social media.
It comes as Kerry recently revealed her mum Sue flogged her wedding bands from her marriage to Brian McFadden after they fell out.
Kerry married former Westlife singer Brian, 43, in 2002 with the pair splitting up in 2006.
After their breakup Kerry gifted her mum the rings – which Sue then sold on eBay.
Writing in her OK! column, she revealed: “She once said that she was keeping them for her daughters, which I understand as I wanted my girls to have my wedding rings, just so they had something from their parents being in love.
“But I gave the rings from my first marriage to my mum and when we fell out she sold them on eBay.”
Kerry and Brian share two children together, Molly, 21 and Lilly-Sue, 20.
She also has Heidi, 16, and Maxwell, 15, with her ex Mark Croft and nine-year-old with the late George Kay.
Kerry added in her column: “So, unfortunately, my girls don’t have anything from the wedding days – but they have our genes. What more could they want?”
