Stacey Solomon admits she’s ‘taking every precaution possible’ to avoid having a sixth baby with Joe Swash
STACEY Solomon has ruled out having a sixth baby with her husband Joe Swash by “taking every precaution possible”.
The star, 33, made the confession after returning from a romantic foreign mini break with Joe and finding they are incredibly “loved up”.
But the mum-of-five was quick to dash any hopes of another child being added to their brood, insisting they are very much done – for now.
Stacey made the admission while greeting her army of followers on social media, having been fairly quiet during trip.
“I got to say, me and Joe had the best time together,” she said on Instagram.
“I think sometimes, when you’re in the thick of it and we’ve got all the kids and I’m working and then he’s working and then we’re tag teaming it, it all gets a bit tense.
“So yeah, that little 36 hours together has just made me love him so much. Not that I didn’t love him before!”
Joe then appeared and Stacey told him that she “forgets” how funny he is when they’re bogged down with the stresses of every day life.
But she added: “We are on a mini-break high and really loving each other. We were kissing yesterday and the boys were like, ‘Urgh! You disgust me!’
“Oh, for those of you messaging me saying is this baby number six – no, no no! Don’t worry, we’re taking every precaution possible to make sure that doesn’t happen!”
Stacey and Joe, 41, flew to Austria on the weekend to attend a friend’s wedding. It was their first night alone together since Stacey turned 30 three years ago.
But now back in England, she explained Joe has gone “straight back into Nanny McPhee mode” while she is also back at work.
Stacey also told her followers: “I’m getting ready and he’s got all the kids. And literally, about 10 minutes ago, I heard them all crying at once.
“Must have been a lovely shock to his system!
“We picked them up yesterday from my mum’s. My mum’s poor face. I was like, ‘Oh, you’ve definitely just had our four, one and zero year olds. She looked knackered, bless her!”
Stacey has spent the past few weeks juggling the recording of two TV shows. She has been filming a new series of BBC1’s Sort Your Life Out, while also shooting for a brand new C4 programme called Brickin’ It.
Just last week, the star admitted Joe had told her he ‘never sees her anymore’.
