Seahawks WR Cade Johnson (concussion) out of hospital

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Cade Johnson is out of the hospital and in the concussion protocol, the team announced Friday.

Johnson left Thursday's preseason opener on a stretcher following a 17-yard kickoff return early in the second quarter against the visiting Minnesota Vikings.

Earlier Friday, head coach Pete Carroll said that Johnson's trip to Harborview Medical Center w
