How are Chelsea doing this? If they secure Caicedo they'll have spent close to £900m in one calendar year. They've recouped £219m but that's wiped out with this summer's spending. I know amortisation but still something's amiss. Supposedly agreed a fee for Lavia of £48m too.

Something has to be coming for them surely.
