A committee formed by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) in India to look into the allocation of 6 GHz spectrum has faced criticism from technology firms including Amazon, Microsoft, Google and Meta. The Broadband India Forum (BIF) - an association of tech players - said after much prodding, it was included as a member, but the tech industry was still in a minority.
