Despite 78% of the top 100 companies acknowledging their employees' participation in volunteering initiatives, fewer incentives are offered in India compared to the US. Only 22% of Indian firms offer volunteering time-off, compared to 66% of US firms, and just 7% of Indian firms provide volunteering matching grants, compared to 40% of the Fortune 500.
