KING Charles has offered an “olive branch” to his brother Prince Andrew with an unexpected invite after the Royal Lodge row.

The disgraced royal joined Charles and Camilla at Balmoral over the weekend for a family getaway, it has been reported.

The family are gathering at Balmoral this week – one year since The Queen’s passing[/caption]

According to insiders, the reunion between the two comes as their relationship has seen an improvement after Andrew found himself embroiled in sex allegations – something he has always denied.

Charles’ peace offering was extended out to Sarah Ferguson who also joined the Duke, reports the Express.

Andrew, 63, drove himself to the 50,000-acre Scottish estate while Fergie flew into Aberdeen Airport.

It’s believed they will also be joined by daughters Beatrice and Eugenie as they plan to stay the week, say sources.

The Sun exclusively revealed they might make an appearance at the Highlands castle despite Meghan and Harry being snubbed.

The gathering marks one year since The Queen passed away.

Charles’ “olive branch” comes after he was said to have wanted to kick his brother out of Royal Lodge.

The royal, who no longer has official duties, shares the sprawling 30-room mansion in Windsor with just his ex-wife.

And while Charles was allegedly keen for Andrew to move out in a bid to scale down the monarchy, it appears he may have lost that battle.

Refusing to leave – Andrew now looks to have won over the King and is staying put.

Andrew yesterday faced more “bombs” over his links to Jeffrey Epstein, Palace aides feared.

They are worried new revelations will emerge despite the Duke saying he broke off his friendship with the paedo in 2010.

A source told The Sunday Times: “It feels like more stuff is going to come out. There are still unexploded bombs.”
