San Francisco homicide: Shooting in Mission district

A person was fatally shot Friday, Aug. 18, in the Mission district, San Francisco police said.

The shooting was reported at 3:03 p.m. on the 2400 block of Harrison Street, near O’Connell High School. Emergency responders took the victim to a hospital, where the person was pronounced dead, the police report said.

No arrests had been made as of Sunday.
