Estonian Chancellor of Justice Ülle Madise has made a proposal to the Riigikogu to revoke the parliamentary immunity of Kert Kingo (EKRE) at the request of the Prosecutor's Office. Madise stressed that Kingo, who is suspected of the inappropriate use of expense allowances, should be presumed innocent until proven otherwise.
