In connection with the death of a first-year student, the Kolkata Police on Monday reconstructed the sequence of events in Jadavpur University hostel and a forensic team visited the premises to probe into the matter. The West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has slammed the Left-backed unions for "murder" of the young student.
