The government is working on a plan called "Heal by India" to train and deploy nurses and healthcare professionals worldwide. The aim is to create a pool of skilled workers and make India the Care Capital of the world. The ministry of skills development will provide training and other requirements for the movement of Indian healthcare workers abroad.
