'Boustead to sell stake in plantation arm to KLK'

KUALA LUMPUR: Boustead Holdings Bhd is selling no less than 30 per cent stake in Boustead Plantations Bhd (BPlant) to Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd (KLK) in a deal which values the company at more than RM3 billion, according to sources.
