A NOUGHTIES pop star has a very normal job now after going back to university.
Kaci Battaglia shot to fame over 20 years ago when he debut album made it into the UK charts.
The singer, whose one track ‘Paradise’ gained her worldwide attention.
Her third single, I Think I Love You, which was a cover of Tony Romeo’s track, scored her 10th in the UK Singles Chart in 2002.
Kaci went on to release more tracks with her final album titled Bring It On being released in 2010.
Three years later the star parted ways with her record company Curb Records, bringing her music career to a close.
However, these days the singer has a completely normal job, having completed university.
She secured an engineering degree in 2016 having successfully completed two years of study.
Kaci then worked in jewellery sales in her native Florida before becoming a marketing analyst.
Describing her new skillset, she says on LinkedIn: “Persistent, motivated and results-oriented professional with entrepreneurial vision, strong scientific and technical aptitude and early career experience involving B2B sales, marketing and promotions within the highly competitive music industry.
“Experience reflects enthusiastic representation and an effective ability to establish strategic partnerships, navigate competitive tactics, identify development opportunities and close complex deals.”
