“Thomson will be coming in a big manner in the laptop category. This decision has been made to counter laptop brands which have come in smart TVs. We will be targeting all segments from entry-level to ultra-premium,” Avneet Singh Marwah, CEO of Super Plastronics (SPPL), Thomson’s official brand licensee and manufacturing partner in India, told ET.
