What does Johnson do on the training pitch?

Because he presumably doesn't practice defending cross balls (or defending at all), and he most certainly doesn't practice any passing (because all they do is hoof it aimlessly from the back in every single eye-watering game), so what does he do?

And before anyone says "do we really need another thread critising Johnson?", yes we do. Or at least I do because it's very ****ing cathartic.
