Tasaki partners with photographer Tyler Mitchell to launch new campaign
Japanese jewellery maison Tasaki has announced its new campaign in collaboration with acclaimed photographer Tyler Mitchell.
According to Tasaki, the new collaboration “combines the artistic visions of Mitchell and the brand in a series of visual stories that celebrate creativity and the enchantment of jewellery”.
The campaign features a new necklace from Tasaki’s most recent Tasaki Atelier high jewellery line and highlights “best selling” pieces from the danger and balance series and model Indira Scott is the face of the campaign.
The Tasaki Atelier collection Flourish necklace is made of Akoya pearls, diamonds, and various coloured stones including morganite, “fancy coloured” sapphires, pink tourmaline, paraiba tourmaline, topaz, spinel.
Meanwhile, the danger collection presents a fusion of contrasting elements such as sharp edges and “graceful” curves, spikes and “intricate” detailing.
Lastly, the balance collection includes pearls that are “harmoniously” arranged along a liner gold bar.
Tasaki said: “Tyler’s exceptional talent and unique artistic approach align perfectly with Tasaki’s commitment to pushing boundaries and redefining luxury. He is widely recognised for his remarkable talent and contributions to contemporary photography, first gaining global attention as the youngest photographer to shoot a cover story for Vogue in 2018. Since then, his work has continued to captivate audiences worldwide, blending fashion, art, and culture in a unique and sensitive way.”
