Everton defender Mason Holgate set for medical ahead of loan move to Southampton with Russell Martin also looking to bring in Nathan Wood from Swansea

The 26-year old has had a difficult time at Everton over the past two seasons and is ready for a fresh start. Southampton have been pursuing Holgate all summer and want him alongside Nathan Wood.
