Rocha named temporary RFEF president after FIFA suspends Rubiales

MADRID, Aug. 26 (Xinhua) -- Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) president Luis Rubiales was provisionally suspended by FIFA on Saturday for his behavior in the Women's World Cup final in Sydney last Sunday.
