Officials warn of attempted kidnapping in Lincoln Square neighborhood
About 2 p.m. Monday, Chicago police got a call reporting an attempted kidnapping at the intersection of Ainslie Street and Seeley Avenue, according to an email from Alds. Andre Vasquez, 40th, and Matt Martin, 47th.
