Emergency crews respond to train vs. vehicle accident in Halfmoon

HALFMOON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Law enforcement and emergency crews are responding to a train vs. vehicle accident in the Town of Halfmoon. According to the Halfmoon-Waterford Fire District No. 1, Brookwood Road and lower Newton Road rail crossings are impassable.

Motorists are urged to find alternate routes. According to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office, the driver of the tractor-trailer was injured but the extent of the injuries is unknown at this time.
