The new television series follows a group of single parents who have been nominated by their grown-up kids for a second chance at love.

Hosted by Davina McCall, 55, the series will launch on Monday 11th September at 9pm on ITV1.

The wait is over, as fans can now meet their middle-aged singletons, as the cast list has been unveiled.

Natalie, Roger, Monique, Paul, Caroline, Sharon, Clayton, and Elliot will all be trying their luck at finding love all thanks to their children.

Viewers will follow single parents from all over the UK and all walks of life as they live together at a stunning country house retreat to find true love.

But there’s a twist.

Unknown to the parents, their kids will be watching their every move from a nearby location called The Bunker.

They will hold all the power as they watch from a surveillance room and witness all the action of their parents’ journeys to find love.

They will get the opportunity to play matchmaker and decide their mum or dad’s dating fate.

From humorous moments to heart warming confessions, the kids will see their parents in a whole new light.

They are presented with opportunities to select who they will be matched with on one-to-one dates and who may join the family celebrations for years to come.

Get the tissues at the ready as we witness the emotional highs and the lows – and the tears and the funny moments – of finding love again.

Earlier this year, host Davina revealed that she pitched the idea of Love Island spin-off with older people to ITV.

She told Steven Bartlett on his podcast The Diary of a CEO: “I could fill a villa in Love Island with middle-aged people with the best back stories you have ever heard in your life.

“They’ve lived a life – they’re widows, they’re people who have been through horrific divorces.

“They are people who have split up with somebody and decided they want to try going out with somebody the same sex as them.

“They’re like interesting people. I’d watch that show.”
