ULEZ-style rules for car parks in Bath: Council introduces variable-rate parking charges based on a vehicle's emissions

The ULEZ-style rules will see owners of all diesel cars and some high-emission petrols charged more to use council-owned car parks. Some could see hourly costs rise from £1.70 to £2.50.
